About
A software company on a small island
How we work
Four things we are consistent about
We tell you when not to build
Off-the-shelf software is usually the right answer. We say so often enough that it has become a habit — custom work earns its cost in one place, and we would rather find that place than sell around it.
Handover-ready by default
Every project ends with something a different team could pick up: migrations, tests, a deployment runbook. That is the only honest measure of whether it was built well.
We run our own products
PegWise and Andamanly are ours. Operating software teaches you things building it does not — which means we have already made most of the expensive mistakes on our own time.
Straight answers about scope
We scope in phases and re-estimate in writing when things change. Nobody enjoys the conversation where a fixed price meets a moving requirement, so we try to have it early and briefly.
