Thirty minutes about what you have built and what you want to build next. No whiteboard.

A small paid exercise
A real task, scoped to a few hours, paid at our contractor rate. We do not ask for free work.
- 03
A technical discussion
We walk through your exercise together — how you decided, not whether you guessed our answer.
- 04
An offer
Written, with the number in it, within two days of the last conversation.
